These terms describe the current Moonlight Peaks Tools website. By using the site, you acknowledge its unofficial status and the limits below. If you do not accept those limits, do not rely on the site or its tools.

Unofficial fan project

Moonlight Peaks Tools is an independent, non-commercial fan guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the game’s developer, publishers, or platform holders. It cannot speak for them, change the game, access an account or save, issue a refund, or provide official customer support.

Moonlight Peaks, its characters, names, artwork, and other game-related intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. Their use for identification and commentary does not transfer ownership to this project or imply an official relationship. Informational use and changing data

The guides, tables, status labels, and tools are provided for general game-reference purposes. They may contain errors, omissions, incomplete community data, regional differences, platform differences, or facts superseded by a patch or store update. A visible verification date records when a source was checked; it is not a promise that the information remains current when you read it.

The site owner did not purchase or play the game for the launch research. The content is source-based desk research, not a firsthand review, gameplay guarantee, performance test, or assurance that a result was reproduced in an individual save.

Before spending money, changing a save, installing a mod, or acting on compatibility information, verify the current position with the official storefront, patch notes, support channel, or another source appropriate to your platform and region.

Calculators and tools

Calculator output depends on the visible formula, source snapshot, and values entered by the visitor. It is an estimate, not a guarantee of an in-game result. Unknown processing time, hidden game rules, balance changes, rounding, difficulty settings, platform differences, or an incorrect input can change the outcome.

The Gift Finder observation log runs locally in the browser. Importing a JSON file replaces the current local log after validation, and clearing browser data can erase it. Visitors are responsible for keeping any export they want to preserve and for reviewing a file before importing or sharing it. The site does not provide cloud backup or recovery.

Acceptable use

You may browse the public pages and use the client-side tools for personal reference. Do not use the site to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, evade technical controls, misrepresent the site as official, or imply that the developer or publisher endorses your use.

Public access does not grant permission to bulk republish the site’s original organization, explanatory text, code, or compiled datasets, nor does it grant any license to game assets owned by third parties. Individual cited sources may have their own licenses and terms; follow those terms at the source rather than assuming this site can sublicense their material.

External links

Links to official websites, storefronts, community revisions, editorial sources, support pages, and Cloudflare forms are provided for evidence or navigation. External sites are controlled by their own operators and apply their own availability, content, purchase, privacy, and security terms. A link does not mean that the external operator endorses Moonlight Peaks Tools or that this project guarantees the linked content.

The current site has no paid placements, advertising, or affiliate links and receives no commission from storefront links.

No warranty or support commitment

The site is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every page, link, calculation, or source will always be accurate, complete, secure, available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, or technical-support advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the site and reliance on its content are at the visitor’s own risk. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

There is no staffed support desk or guaranteed response time. The Contact page lists the channels that actually exist, the Corrections Policy covers editorial errors, and Privacy explains browser storage and current tracking status.

Changes to the site or terms

Pages, tools, source snapshots, and these terms may change as the project develops. A material policy change should update the visible verification date and the affected description rather than silently pretending the previous policy never existed. Continued use after a change means the visitor is using the then-current version of the site.

These terms are an operational disclosure for a small fan project, not a substitute for legal advice about a particular jurisdiction or dispute.
