Official global launch: July 7, 2026. Steam can display July 6 because storefront timestamps differ.

Choose a task, see what has been verified, and follow the shortest route to the information you need. This independent Moonlight Peaks guide combines source-linked game notes with practical tools for platforms, gifts, materials, characters, and current issues.
Every route below states whether its research is source-checked, data-gated, or still being developed, so an unfinished tool never looks like a complete answer.

Current snapshot
What is verified right now
A dated overview, not a promise that every storefront or platform shares one version.
Windows, macOS, Switch and Switch 2 are listed. Steam Deck was named in the launch announcement; check current compatibility separately.
Published July 10 with three explicit fixes. This is a Steam patch snapshot, not a cross-platform version claim.
Official pages take priority. Conflicts, incomplete sets and facts awaiting a fresh check stay visibly labelled.

Player tools with honest status labels
Each card tells you what works today and what still needs stronger evidence before its coverage can expand.
Platform & release status
Compare the officially announced launch targets and the date conflict between the global announcement and Steam metadata. Storefront availability, compatibility and prices remain dated rather than treated as permanent facts.
Open the platform guideGift Finder
The finder works in both directions within its fixed eight-row Death subset: character to item and item to character. Records are explicitly non-exhaustive, so the page remains gated instead of presenting a partial list as complete.
Open the data-gated finderCopper material calculator
The revision-pinned recipe inputs power a transparent inventory-gap calculator for Copper Ore, Copper Bars, Charcoal, Wood and optional Furnaces. Processing time remains unknown, so the live tool does not invent hourly or daily output.
Use the Copper calculatorPatch & known-issues tracker
Thirteen official July 9 entries have been reviewed, and three were explicitly fixed in Steam patch 1.1.38. Remaining entries are not all labelled “open” because their current status was not uniformly reconfirmed.

Review the current character evidence boundary, the fixed Death gift subset and the fields withheld from an unpinned roster. Character counts and romance classifications are not promoted as permanent official totals.

Game identity
What is Moonlight Peaks?
Moonlight Peaks is a single-player supernatural life sim developed by Little Chicken. You create a vampire descended from Count Dracula and try to build a compassionate un-life in a town where werewolves, witches, mermaids, humans and other supernatural residents share the night.
Farming sits at the center of that life, but the official feature set extends beyond ordinary crops. Players can grow magical or cursed plants and glowing flowers, learn spells, brew potions, use vampire abilities, transform, expand a home and decorate it with a gothic touch. Fishing, gathering, cooking, crafting, flower arranging and other activities feed into the wider routine.
Relationships and collections matter too. The town is organized around seven families, with friendships and romance among its social goals. Seasonal events, exploration, Nokturna, museum donations and other collections give the guide more than one kind of progress to track. This site separates those systems into focused routes instead of compressing every answer into one long walkthrough.

Move from the seven-family overview toward source-labelled profiles, friendships and relationship data.
03Gifts & friendship

04Items & material math
Use the live recipe calculator, inspect its revision-pinned inputs and see the unknown timings it deliberately does not estimate.
05Patches & current issues

Town & characters
Seven families, one supernatural town
The official description frames the town around seven families, but a useful character guide needs more than a copied roster. Profiles must distinguish official identity facts from community-maintained gift data, relationship classifications and facts that may change after a patch.
Until those revisions are pinned, the directory stays a preview. That protects readers from treating an early roster count or an incomplete romance field as a permanent rule.

Patch watch
Fixed is not the same as still listed
The latest verified Steam patch is 1.1.38, published July 10. It explicitly fixed three problems. The earlier official known-issues post contained thirteen entries, but the remaining ten cannot automatically be called open: their status was not uniformly reconfirmed after the patch.
Review the issue-status rules- Short freezes occurring every five to twenty seconds on PC.
- The player becoming stuck in a slow-walk animation after exiting doors.
- A soft lock during the new-card sequence while playing Nokturna.

How this companion works
Useful data needs visible limits
A clean interface is not evidence. Every calculator, status card and guide still needs a source, a version boundary and a way to report mistakes.
Official sources first
Developer, publisher and storefront records establish release facts, supported features and patch statements. Community material can help discover gaps, but it receives a separate confidence label.
Unknown stays unknown
A missing processing time does not become an estimate. A partial gift list does not become “all gifts.” Conflicting release timestamps stay documented instead of being silently merged.
Versions remain visible
Patch, platform and last-checked labels travel with changing facts. Old demo data is isolated so a polished interface cannot accidentally present it as a current full-release rule.
Homepage FAQ
Before you use the guide
These answers define the game and this site. Platform-specific, gift, Copper and troubleshooting questions remain on their focused pages.
What kind of game is Moonlight Peaks?
It is a single-player supernatural life sim about a descendant of Count Dracula building a compassionate vampire life. Officially described activities include magical farming, spells, potion-making, character relationships, home customization, fishing, gathering, crafting, seasonal events and collecting.
What can players find on this guide hub?
The hub routes players to platform information, a data-gated Gift Finder, live material calculations, character research, patch status and source notes. Each destination has its own publication gate, so a revision-pinned formula and an incomplete character dataset are not presented with the same status.
How current and complete is the game data?
Changing facts display a last-verified date and, where relevant, a platform or patch. The project does not claim complete game coverage. Some official facts are ready, while gifts, character classifications, locations and processing times still contain incomplete or revision-sensitive records.
Is this an official Moonlight Peaks website or wiki?
No. Moonlight Peaks Tools is an independent, non-commercial fan companion and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Little Chicken, XSEED Games or Marvelous Europe. Official artwork is used only to identify and discuss the game within that limited fan-guide context.
Where is personal checklist or tracker data stored?
The homepage does not save progress. The Gift Finder can save a private observation log in this browser's local storage; its interface provides JSON export, import and clear controls. Those notes are not sent to this static site or added to public game data.
